When will my order be despatched?

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be despatched on the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST (Monday-Thursday) will be despatched on the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST on Friday and on weekends will be despatched on the next business day

Delivery Timeframe

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Expected delivery times for various locations are available on their website.

Kayde will do our best to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, however, we are not responsible for any delay caused by the delivery service providers or customs clearance.

Customs and Tax

Kayde is not responsible for and will not reimburse any International duties/taxes or customs charges that may apply. Please check with your local port authority for details.

Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges upon entry to your country.

Damage or Missing Goods

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. If your product has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition please take photos of the product and packaging and email to us as soon as possible. We will investigate each instance of damage goods and replace any unsatisfactory products.
