Customers are responsible for all return postage cost for exchange and credit note.
Kayde will provide a postage paid return for items that are wrong or damage on arrival.
Please ensure that both sender and return address are clearly display on the parcel.
Kayde will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit. Please ensure you receive tracking with all your returns.
If package can not be track and does not arrive back to us, no exchange or credit note will be made.
Returns must be sent in appropriate packaging to prevent damage. Kayde is not liable for the loss / damage of items being returned.

Our Return Policy
Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.
Receipt is required for all exchange and returns with no exceptions.
Kayde will exchange or offer a credit note for change of mind provided the product was is unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and wrap in its box or/and dust bag provided within 14 days from arrival date.
All products returned for refund due to fault will have to be assessed by Kayde’s Head Office before a refund will be issued.
Kayde offers 3 month care program on our product.
If a product is assessed by Kayde is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, Kayde reserves the right to exchange, replace, repair or issue a credit note before offering a refund, provided that the product is returned within the care program period with proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return and item has been assess, a refund for the value of your item excluding shipping charges will be processed back to the same account used for purchased in 3-5 business days.
Gift items follows the above conditions.
Kayde DO NOT offer exchange or credit for any sale items.
We only provide refunds on SALE ITEMS when it is deemed faulty*.

We stand by the quality of our manufacturing standards, however should any defect or manufacture fault (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) present itself please contact us and we will be happy to assist you accordingly. We will be happy to refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
We do not cover the cost of international returns and exchange.
We only provide refunds on international orders when it is deemed faulty.
